CPR assessed the situation quickly, communicated well with me via texts, phone calls, photos and emails. They took over and completed work that had not been completed by a contractor who had become ill. Very easy to work with from start to finish, including work on deck, windows and home siding.

As a short-term rental owner, I couldn’t be more pleased with Carolina Coastal Repair! Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with , very professional, responsive, and attentive to the issue I was facing.They repaired drywall damage from a water leak and were incredibly accommodating, even scheduling the work between guest stays to minimize disruption. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I've sent a lot of potential clients towards this business. They are very well established on Topsail Island and have been for awhile.
But I do not approve of a $75 pre-quote sir charge.
I understand the reasoning behind it, especially if it were to be a very in-depth project.
It's a clear sign they prefer absentee home owner requests.
